Astounded...
My dearest Elmo,
I am astounded, no enlightened, no encouraged by your well-thought out reaction to my response of your rant.
Encouraged that there are actually at least 2 other intelligent people (besides myself) that read your rant and are willing to intelligently react and respond to beliefs that they may or may not disagree with (the other is someone on your list that I have been in contact with several times). You have made many valid points in your response - most of which I have always agreed with.
Regardless of what you think, you and I think on or about on the same terms. I do happen to disagree with a few small ideas that you have and when I return on or about June 20th I shall respond in kind with references if you desire. I am, however, going to be out of town over the next few weeks continuing the "War on Drugs." Next week I will be teaching 10 year olds the dangers of drugs and alcohol at a DEFY camp (Drug Education For Youth) with is sponsored by the Governor's "war on drugs" program.
Then the following week I shall be in New Orleans partying like a hypocritical asshole drinking as much beer as possible with Brother Jon Munger. The week after that I shall be doing Marijuana Eradication throughout the great Commonwealth of Kentucky. I look forward to having the time to debate you on the issue of Medical Marijuana.
